Network range is good as the signal at the signal bar are mostly one down from the full bar and also it has its good network coverage in Moti Nagar area New Delhi. But the problem in my case is with service, its pop up messages and its prepaid plans.
everyone knows that before Jio 4G, Airtel is the very big network provider. But nowadays it does not knows a way to how to survive because of its own traditional teachings and values.
Like it does not give best-prepaid plans like they are not similar or best than Jio 4G. Moreover, it gave the regular pop up messages by airtel service center as the message of getting best your plan or get this talk time or get that recharge. That is annoying.
Also, the people at the Punjabi Bagh airtel store does not know how to deal with customers. Last time when I visited their store, there is the desk where 2 male employees of the store had present. I stand there but both of them don’t have time to ask the problem of the customer. Rather than that both of them are busy with their own work and attending one by one customer because they have tokens. then when I ask them that, is they have time to attend customers that came there store first time then one of them says me to take a token first. Totally Ridiculous.
