Airtel is not happy to help!

Recently got a airtel my plan post paid connection. None of the staffs of airtel  was able to describe about the details of each pack. A lot of ambiguities are on its web site and it  is poorly designed. It’s 121 service is most pathetic which  irritates you by spamming various products instead of providing any support. if you go for paid call, its gold customer executive can keep you on hold for several minutes to maximize  billing.


For activation of each service, I had to call again and again and use 121 paid service. Tried its mobile app also, this is also a crap. It couldn’t activate my 3G even after repeated request, though I had categorically mentioned it in the application form. This is my first week of connection, will be evaluating for a month.


If things do not improve, I will seriously think for migrating to some other network.
