I wonder how companies lije this exaggerate about what they can’t provide.
I have used their service and was heavily disappointed.
First of all you can’t make emergency calls because when you call they start a long speech about their offers, so disgusting.
Poor network coverage: - Calls cut in the middle of conversation without any reason.
Customer care is worst. I had a lot of experiences when they did behave rudely on certain queries.
Plans are heavily rated.
Internet speed is way to slow.
I would suggest customers to go for any other network operators rather than using airtel.
