I have converted one of my prepaid connections to postpaid nearly four months back. When it was prepaid my average usage was 400 per month. But ever since I converted my number to postpaid, I started getting bills around 1500. Since the beginning and till now, whenever I login to Airtel site, it shows this number as prepaid. So I am not allowed to check the itemised bill I am only forced to pay whatever they have asked for. They have never sent proper bill to my address, they only send message and keep calling about bill payment. Whenever we call to Airtel customer care, we are invited to talk to some dumb idiots who dont know anything and they keep on making false promises.
After so much of torture I have to pay all the money, closed my connection, broke and threw the sim. Finally I am in to some other service provider. So my suggestion to anybody, DONT GO FOR AIRTEL, BEWARE OF IT.
