I saw in airtel website that a recharge of 110 rs I will get a rechrge money of full talktime 110 rs, but I was only credited with 95 rs, I called customer care there I spoke to jyothi and padma( team leader) where she told a complaint has been raised and full amount wil be refunded but after few days they say it my fault as in website it clearly states 95 rs per 110 recharge which they change after I inform them after my rehage and kindlyy say my full talktime is nt eligable. very bad from airtel nd staff. Dnt trust airtel .
