Airtel has a really big empire in india but inspite off all the ads and other stuff its network is really poor in outter areas . I live some distance away from city( around 15km) in city the network is really good but in my area its really bad airtel should focus on all the areas instead of cities . Every villages should be covered before the cities . But I think they will improve tha network and customere service is really bad pls repond back to your customers and with all this bad things airtel packs are really too much high but thats not problem if you are talking high costs you should make your every customere happy I hope they work on this .
