I got my first mobile when I was in 10 standard, and the first sim used by me is of airtel. It have higher call rate and internet package as compare to other telecom operators. I use its 2g internet package and I found that its speed is very low, I mean to say very very low. When I call customer care they said to restart the phone but nothing happens. then, they said that sorry we can’t do anything, what is that. So customer service is alsk poor. Also when I use its app, and recharge by it, money removed from account but no recharge is done, so do not use airtel.
