Worst Mobile service I have seen ever. The Customer service is even more worst. The Network is lost in many of the cental Mumbai Areas. They enable sevices like caller tune, GPRS packs, Premium SMS update services without asking you..
You see your Prepaid balance decaying to zero without making a single call. There are many times when my balance is gone from 300-400 to zero. Calling helpdesk does not help even.. They say they are disabling the service but balance keeps going.
To revert back the charges, the answer is simply .. Sorry sir..we can’t do anything. I have shared my number at almost everywhere and so am stuck with them. I’m so glad to know about mobile number portability in Mumbai.
