I have been using airtel for last 10 years and apart from a couple of time I have never faced any issues with their mobile service the same goes for their broadband service, which I have been using since last two years and it hasn’t even disconnected even once.
I saw so many bad reviews about airtel on this site and I wonder if the company is going down with their service or what? I think airtel should look into these issues seriously if they want to stay on the top.
guys all I can say is that airtel is andho main kaana raja. Just because our legal system is a little laggard we should not allow the corporates to take us on a ride. file a case in consumer court to teach them a lesson.
personally if you are buying a new mobile connection or broadband go for airtel, it’s less worse;)
if you like learning from your own mistakes take some other connection;)
