I recently recharged in the airtel website. The recharge transaction until the amount credited from my bank went on well. But suddenly the website responded slow and the result that I got is, that recharge not successful. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that money has been paid, but when I contacted airtel customer care, their response was really bad.
First, it took a longer time to speak to the customer care officer, next they are clueless as to how to resolve these issue. This is not the first time I have had this problem, earlier I thought it could be because of credit card transaction, but this also happened with net banking.
