I am using airtel postpaid service from more than five years. but till now I never remember any new scheam or plan for old users. worst response from customer sevice as well.
Other operators provides lot of good offers on outer callings and data plans, but in case of airtel I am litrally paying the same amount from three years yet no benefits or discounts.
I am planning to swtich my network operator but they are not even helping me out with portability option.They were best when they were new in market, not it looks like they just don’t care.
