I have been using Airtel since 5 years. There were some instances where money was deducted in the name of some Alerts to which I have never subscribed, Whenever Inoticedthis I used to call the customer care and inform about his and the money deducted used to be refunded. I never paid attention to this kind of incidents.
Recently I took a new connection for my mother who stays in my hometown and even she is facing the same problem, whenever my mom calls the customer support to lodge a complaint she is not only being charged for the call but also the money is not getting refunded. even tried calling the nodal officer, we never get a proper response from there either. They are just blunt on saying that the services have been activated from our side. almost Rs.100/- have been deducted till now.
Guys, Better choose Vodafone who has better network and better customer support also.
