Its having good coverage but GPRS is slow and costly affair . also raoming charges are much more than the BSNL . Now BSNL has make a fanatastic improvement in their services and the cheapest . They need take some lesson from BSNL .
Now a days india has a strong lower middle class and the cost of the product matter them most . Also like BSNL they have some plans for some circles where there should be low calling charges .BSNL has started some schemes for GOVT employees where they can call within the state to govt employees at very low or marginal call charges ..
Other problem is with GPRS which is slow and costly affair . Also when you are not told about the actual cost of using the internetand reflect only in the bill to your surprise I will not recomend this to any of my friend
