I have been using airtel for 2 yrs now and during this time I have mixed experience about it. in general people do not want to change mobile numbers so they stick to there service providers.knowing this airtel launches several schemes(like giving 100 mins of free talktime from airtel to airtel) to lure customers but on the same time keep its normal tariff charges very high.
I have no questions regarding its connectivity and they even do not manipulate in billing.all is good but to be the best it has to lower its tariff and make it at per with the cheapest service provider. The roaming charges are also quite higher, they must also rearrange their tariff charts for roaming. Airtel is a highly professionally managed company, I know that if they can cut their tariiff charges they can add that extra xing that is required to be the no.1 service provider.
