Hello friends, I have an account with Airtel payment Bank so I am going to review it today.
First of all its recently launched by Airtel but didnt provide so much launching offer as other payment Bank are providing.it gives a huge interst rate of 7.25% but terms and conditions may be applied.
Its interface is very complicated as it is integrated with Airtel mobile operater so usage of both makes it complicated.
It has very limited offer for recharge and bill payment as it should provide a lot as compared to others which are providing large cash back and offers.
It is not providing debit card and cheque book as other payment Bank are providing.so its service cant be expanded so much.
Customer care service is very poor and not supportive.it takes a longer time to respond to any queries like failed transaction of recharge and bill payment etc.
Its service is very limited when it comes to recharge and Bill payment.Most billers are not added in the category like electricity, gas bill, insurance and other sections.so its service is very limited.
Hence as discussed with the above mentioned points I didnt find its service very expanded as it has not provided debit card and cheque book for its customer. I never recommend for it.
