Worst service ever. Wanted to shift connection, went to airtel store, they said service not available at new location. Called up customer care to disconnect, they said they will check again for relocation, I explained them that store ppl said nit feasible... But the customer care executive requested and created a relocation request..
Had to followup twice everyday to know the status... After 4 days they said its not feasible..
Applied for new connection for my office... Executive came confirmed 40 Mbps and I made the payment.. next day techinician came and said 40mbps is not available at the location ..only 16 Mbps available...
I confirmed for 16 Mbps... Their technician made me wait from 12 noon to 5 pm ...
