My attempt at taking additional WiFi for home use turned a disaster!
I have ACT at 250mbps and the new one I took is Airtel fiber net 100 mbps connection on 23 november .
But they tried to push a 40mbps copper line DSL instead on purpose, with great difficulty I cancelled and returned their stuff .
Today even after 80+ days this company has no explanation or intention of returning the Rs 2828/-they collected upfront . Good I did not take the bigger packages they were despertely trying to sell to me!
Feel cheated by AIRTEL!
Did Not except Airtel to be involved in a Fraud like this!
The people involved in this SCAM are
1) Surya - 9606011983(claims to be Sales Manager)
2) Joe Mathews - 98800 34170(Surya’s boss)
3) Manoharan
Beware of these characters and be-aware of this company and its bunch of rotten scoundrels!
