I requested to port my no 9971186682 from Vodafone postpaid to Airtel postpaid and same is being approved on 20th Feb. Everything is done and I got the message from TRAI that your no is ported into Airtel and will be activated by 25th Feb 2017, but this didn’t happen.
I went to Airtel store and they told me that Vodafone rejected the port request. I went to the Vodafone store and they told me that everything is approved from our side and your no is deactivated from our side.
I went back to the Airtel store and now they changed the statement that your telephone verification is rejected. I asked them define what is telephone verification and as per the store manager, I need to call 590* to activate my no. I said that how can the verification goes wrong when I didn’t even get the network.
I called the customer care and thier behavior is pathetic.they proved that my decision of choosing Airtel is worst.
Now they told me to wait for 24 hours.
