Airtel Is the one of the best telecom service in India. With the advent for 4g internet service airtel revolutionized the whole internet experience in India but later on many companies started providing same or better services in same or cheaper price. I’ve been using airtel broadband connection for more than 6 years and if give my honest opinion, I very much liked the experience in the start but now i’m not satisfied with my airtel broadband connection. I upgraded my connection to v-fiber this year and saw an enormous explosion of internet speed rushing into my pc and it amazed me but only a month later I started having many connection issues. Like for an whole day the internet stopped working. In started it happened like once in a week but later on I started getting connection issues on every alternate day.
I talked to the service provider and they told me they are working on it. I waited patiently but whenever I call them they give me the same response they they are working on it. Finally I got so frustrated that I cancelled my airtel connection and switched to other company which gave e far more better service than airtel. Airtel employees tried persuading me by telling that they will increase my connection speed or they will reduce 100 or 200 rs from the bill.
another is there feasibility problem. They’ll tell you that they will provide a certain speed say 60 mbps but when it comes to providing it they provide half of it by saying that this speed is not feasible in your area.
IF you want a fast and a reliable internet connection then airtel broadband service does not perform upto the standard they have set for their name.
