Hey, I sourav singh is going to share my exprience with you all about Airtel.
I used to live in sec- 76, noida and got airtel broadband cum phone connection as it was only broadband service around.
Earlier I was quit happy with airtel broadband, they came on time to install there so called fiber optic cable connection broadband and all. Response from airtel was good.
After sometime, I started facing difficulty with serrings of router which automatically get itself to default settings. They send there engineer on time and still I was very satisfied.
Later I faced two major problems-
1) high consumption of data even I didnt touched my laptop at first I thought my room mates must has used it but on last month of lease, I un7379521 alone and got bill of Rs.2000 on plan of 40gb @ rs.900 and most importantly even got over my data plan they didnt notify me and posted a bill of Rs. 2000. I didnt downloaded any movie, software or any heavy file still such high bill. After all this I paid my legitimate bill.
2) I contacted them to change the address and setup of my connection to my address which they refused and billed me with Rs. 3500 within 15 days of last bill. When I tried to reason with customer service executive he told me sir we can see clearly your usage and we dont have any request of your’s regarding disconnecting or change of address. If you have other queries regarding bill please contact near by airtel store .
After 2 months they posted me with bill of Rs. 6000 and something and I received legal notice through e-mail. Which stated clearly that if unable to aishwaryasingh23 the said bill our client will be forced to take legal action. I am lawyer so, I understand how corporate lawyer notice work. Though I called there legal staff and tried to explain everything but they were like start scolding me I still remeber what he said to tum jese s* le free ka hi khaane ki sochte ho hamesha.
Then very politely I asked him in which jurisdiction will you put my case and next time when you mail me dont forget to send copy of your plaint which you file againt me.
I give zero star to this company.
