Hi , I booked a wifi connection in Kolkata , cancelled it before installation due to personal issues and circumstances, still not received a refund it’s been more than 20 days since I cancelled it , pathetic service and no respose from customer care as well
If service is like this , I will have to think twice before again proceeding with airtel wifi
