Airtel is one of the worst services I have ever received, expensive and of no use. Poor customer service. No proper response when called customer care. I had a very bad experience. Suggest people always to go with another connection.
They don’t know how to talk to the customers, they don’t know how to solve the queries of the customer. When they don’t have a proper answer they just disconnect the call. I also suggest people not to go for the postpaid connections.
