Ajio is a e commerce website mainly known for its unique collections
Pathetic customer service - the customer care is not easily acessible.You can not get more information about anything, the executives are rude during conversations.
PRODUCT QUALITY - Ajio products are not good in quality .The look very dull and pale when recieved in hands .Quite dissapointed with ajio brand.
When famous brands are ordered , clothes comes as good as seen on screen!
DELIVERY TIMELINES - The delivery service always tends to reach late .For my address they promised to make the product available at 4 days.But it came on 9th day.
No informative calls in between.
Nor I got any message regarding their issues
APP AND WEBSITES- The app and websites works well on phone and laptop/computer respectively.No issues have been reported so far
RELIABILITY- I dont find this app reliable enough for any shopping activites due to the above mentioned factors.
Also the listed price of products are too high for common people to afford!
