So this is like the site from where I neither hate to shop nor I love to. But I think for me this one is below average as compared to sites like Myntra, jabong, Amazon, etc. So here I will just tell what’s good about it and what’s bad.
What’s Good:
-> Their site design and presentation is good, also prices are really reasonable and I believe all they have is authentic.
-> They offer lots of coupons.
-> Their customer service is really helpful and polite.
What’s Bad:
-> They don’t have that much brands and if they are having then they don’t have variety of that brands.(Like Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.)
-> Their customer service is good but their delivery service is OK. not so good.
-> As I have already said they don’t have variety of clothes from brands like Nike, Puma, etc.
So in nutshell if you are looking for some t-shirts then Ajio is good but if you want shoes, jeans then I think this one is not the best option.
