I returned a pair of Puma shoes a month back but Ajio has not refunded the money to me.I tried calling on their customer care number many times but they are just not willing to return the money.I think they are just fine with loosing customers. Today after 30 minutes of waiting time when my call got connected to the customer care, i was told to wait for some time by their executive till he could find my account details but without telling anything, he cut my phone.Absolute unprofessional behaviour.They do not value customers time and money.I dont think my money is going to come back
