I have ordered 3 weeks back LUX cozy pack of 5 briefs through AJIO.com due to the lock down period my nearest stores were not able to open their shops. On the said delivery date they have delivered partial product, as their product description says 5 briefs for Rs.650 plus service tax, but they ended up delivering me 3 briefs. First of all straight away I called delivery guy whether any wrong package might have delivered or something, but he asked me to contact AJIO directly regarding this, and have complained this misplacement to AJIO customer care through email with product description and the pic of product which partially delivered to me. But after few days I got mail that they have investigated(as if they are cops or lawyer or something) with their store staff and delivery guys that product which is ordered has been delivered correctly, it was very horrible and felt cheated that for mere 2 briefs such respected company(Reliance Ind) treating customer like this. I have also complained this to consumer forum as well. I would suggest for online shopping AJIO is big no, instead go for actual and experienced players available in the field like flipcart, amazon or myntra.
