Bad quality product

I ordered heels ..they arrived and I wore and took a few steps one heel bend in the opposite direction ..this is the quality that they deliver...and for refund I triggered email as well with the pic attachement they replied that we need pic with 15mb I have samsung phone. How do I get 15 mb pic in my phone..this is ridiculous.I bought first time from Ajio and this happened...I’m very frustrated wih the quality of he product and with the rrfund policy... The most important thing is that they have no live agent to whom with we talk. They have bot on cx care number and they only have email and that is not much effective....I need my refund that’s it...??
