Ajio.com is one of the reliance online company. I am very disappoint from the delivery of my product which is -5 days late. I called 4-5 times to the customer care also mailed to them approximately 4-7 times but they didn’t find the reason behind the late shipping. I also talked to the Senior officers to talk to warehouse and they said sir we don’t have power to directly talk with them we can only file your complaint and also they said wait for few days to get reply from warehouse and we apologize for inconvince.
So the customer service of Ajio is really bad they don’t reply to mails and calls.Their product quality is really low or we can say it’s appropriate.As I show Dilivery of the product is 4 to 5 days late.
All over my experience is really bad and I not suggest any body to use this website or to order something from them. There are lots of other websites to use for online clothes shopping such as snapdeal and Amazon etc. Which are really trustable websites and they never scam you at all.
