They cant understand, says of their own which doesnt make sense. When corrected says sorry sir "Main naya hun". They keep on putting you on hold as if they are google-ing to make english sentence. When prompted that I can speak hindi/punjabi then little bit comfortable. But no sense, they disconnect you while you speak or when asked for supervisor, they told to hold and then disconnect again. No solution to problem, stay away from cheap customer service. shame on them
