Horrible experience

I ordered for my daughter pack of two T-shirts wherein I just received one. I immediately reported the issue on customer care number and they offered to resolve issue in a week. After few days, they reverted that they can’t do anything about it. I was a regular customer but their apathetic response left me surprised. Lost faith in brand. Pay caution, they have extremely poor resolution team. Product getting stolen and they have no willingness to accept this and look into the case.
