AJIO IS THE PITS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEM. I HAVE WRITTEN 24 MAILS IN THE PAST 20 DAYS TO GET MY EXCHANGE ORDER DELIVERED, THEY DIDN’T DELIVER AND UPON INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUNBD THAT THEIR DELHIVERY AGENT WAS USING THE PRODUCT! I KEPT WRITING TO THEM IT’S NOT A GOOD AGENT. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. BUT THEIR CALL CENTRE PEOPLE DON’T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. LIKE PARROTS THEY KEEP REPEATING WHATEVER FEW LKINES THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO RECITE IF A CUSTOMER IS AGITATED. FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN NEVER CALL THEM AND GET AN AGENT TO SPEAK. AND WHEN THEY MAIL OR CALL( IF YOU ARE EXTREMELY LUCKY) THEN THEY STONEWALL WHATEVER YOU ARE SAYING. BASICALLY UNEDUCATED LOT LOOKING FOR JOB HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED BY THIS LALA COMPANY THRIVING ONLY ON POLITICAL PATRONAGE.
