Getting refund is impossible

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing fine my name is Sahil Nanda and I am from New Delhi I would like to tell you about my shopping experience with ajio.com


Have ordered a Fitbit Smartwatch from agio.com and one pair of shoes along with I got my delivery of Fitbit Smartwatch after 7 days which is I think too long. Packaging of my Smartwatch is not so very good and it was tore from sides and corners.


When I open my box I saw that there is a duplicate watch and there is no warranty card.


I tell the customer care about this but they deny to take it back.


I really do not suggest it.
