No return money of a failed transaction

There is a failed transaction and money got deducted from my Credit Card in Oct 2016. The same day within 5 minutes, I informed to Customercare, they said don’t worry I will get my money back. After that day I am communicating with them every week atleast and asking for return. In this process, they asked me to share their transaction Id, Credit card transaction screenshot, Bank to merchant transaction reference id, and finally Credit Card monthly statement in original pdf. I shared everything and now they say, I didn’t receive the money at all. So they are using 100% fraud payment gateways and they are cheating the people like this. Customer care is so dumb that they are not able to track their own transaction at their system.
