I was in Aker solutions for 3 years. It’s really one of worst companies, which follows very unethical practices. Do salary checks. Mostly calculated wrongly. Very inefficient HR and Managers. The Managers who are there from ages, do not have any skills. Favoritism! Groupism, bad work culture, politics and not employee friendly. This defines Aker. Don’t join this company. It leaves a bad impression in your resume. Be patient and search for a better company than Aker, in my career of 5 yrs this was the worst experience ever.
