I am surprised to be the first reviewer of Alankar. Anyways, I bought a Swift VXI in August 2015 from there.The staff and the after sales service have been extraordinary. I’ll break my review into 2 parts, Sales & Service as I’ve experienced both.
Sales:
Alankar was recommended to me by a relative of mine. I had no big issues while purchasing the car and the saleman was very helpful. It was a nive experience.
Service:
Whenever I go there for servicing, they give some gifts as a token of goodwill like glass bowls etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME. These are not very expensive things but they do make the customer happy. The staff is always nice speaking. The waiting areas while the car is being serviced is very good with nice couchs, TV, etc. I really like that they have separate waiting areas for drivers and owners. They serve refreshements there while you watch TV or brows through the magazines present there. Their new serviving plant is quite big, so servicinf time has been reduced to a great amount since they shifted there. Overall its a good experience.
