BEWARE! This agency is filled with scamsters, fraudsters and people who con you of your money. Typical unprofessional people who cheat you of your money. No ethic and professionalism. I scream a SCAM here. They initially told that they will refund 100% if the agreement is terminated within 6 months of the commencement.
Then they say transfer of Rs. 16, 000/- needs to be done immediately as they need the reference number to key in the agreement.
Agreement was never ever given to us inspite of daily calls and follow ups.
They get an inexperienced maid who doesn’t know a bit of the work that was required. She spoils the house while cleaning and clothes worth 1.7 lakhs(clothes and the necessary bills are available as a proof of her bad work) Then takes her 10 days salary and never turns back.
After letting Alankrita Service know about this they have failed to send a replacement. Now they are not giving the refund. After posting reviews of their fraud I get a call from their executive Harish(+918686785470) who THREATENS ME TO REMOVE THE REVIEW OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. Now they call and say that refund is not possible until I remove the reviews as it is hampering their business. DON’T GO BY THEIR FAKE PROMISES, THEY ARE FULL OF FRAUD AND CAN TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE.
