Dont buy this Alcatel A3 tablet because its working was so poor.it does not work properly.hardly using 2 months it starts giving problems.main problem of tab is it hangs most of time.battery backup was also worst .sound quality also worst.sometime it gives message like your application does not work properly.also tab has heating problem during charging.also customer support is poor.network slightly good.few extra charges are included. My experience about this tab was so poor so I suggest you friends dont buy this tab.it waste of money.
