I was new to the Alcatel Product. So I decided to buy A3 10. But keeping in mind Flipkart’s Return policy I ordered this Tablet. Delivery was superb. I received in 2 days. But I was not satisfied with the display and performance quality of this tablet, so I decided to replace it with another one of Samsung.But Flipkart representative clearly denied over the replacement. So I am forced to use this Tablet.
Now After using tablet for about 2 days my opinion for this tablet are:
Pros.
1. Good in Android because it’s Having Nougat.
2. Great price and feature combination and placement in this range of tablet. Because there are no other good options available as of now in India to buy.
3. You can do voice call.
Cons.
1. Display not good. As it has a HD display, but due to low PPI, the picture quality comes out very bad.
2. Camera quality is not good. During video call, the video comes little blury.
3. It has only single sim feature, so we can not add another sim.
4. It has 4600 mAh battery. But it has very poor backup.
5. After sales service is very poor. After searching a lot, I was unable to find any serviceing center.
So from my side, its a clear no.
