I just couldn’t be restarting it for some errors. Received a defective product. Within 10 minutes of use, it started hanging. Touch Screen does not respond. Have to switch it off by pressing ON/ OFF button. Tried FACTORY RESET option, but no use. Having the same issue of hanging while using. Have requested for return. And when I tried to open some big apps on this tablet it hangs a lot. I also put this tablet on warranty but nothing happens yet. waste of money product
