I had very bad experience not only with product but also how it was handled at the store. I was in one of your store which had some kind of sale in it. I liked a shoe but they didnt have the size so they ordered it online and I paid for it then and there. It arrived ahead of time but the left shoe have a different sole than the right shoe. Clearing a manufacturing defect so I tried online customer service and they told me that I can only return in a store not online since this is a old model. Immediately on the same day I went to a store nearby, since it was online ordered I had the online reciept and courier stamp with details. The girl at the counter said that she cannot refund me because she needed the hard copy of receipt. When I complained the shoe is defective she told me why you got them this cheap. So, in other words ALDO is not responsible for defective shoes. We are never go any aldo shoe store ever.
