My recent stay at Alfa Regal Hotel in Rohtak was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel did not live up to its promises.Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The room I was given had dirty carpets and dusty furniture, which gave a very unpleasant first impression. It seemed like the housekeeping staff hadn’t done their job properly. Additionally, the bathroom was not well-maintained, with mildew and a foul odor.Secondly, the staff’s attitude was far from satisfactory. They lacked professionalism and seemed indifferent to the guests’ needs. I encountered multiple instances where my requests for assistance were ignored or met with apathy. The lack of basic courtesy and prompt service was highly disappointing.Overall, my stay at Alfa Regal Hotel in Rohtak was a regrettable choice. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, inadequate amenities, and subpar dining options all contributed to a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rohtak.
