I Bought Amazon FBA Course from Ali Lokhandwala on 6th July 2021. I paid him 7800 INR through Net Banking. After payment he gave me form to fill form and also the Serial Code to Access his Video.
I got the Error "Serial code and product mismatched" . So I took the screenshot and sent him on His Whatsapp Number and also emailed him. He replied very late to whatsapp messages. No Reply to my emails, he never answers the calls. In a period of 7 Days I called him more then 20 times. he never answer the calls. On Second Day he replied me whats the error and he gave me the different Code, that also didn’t worked. I again messaged him and requested him to refund.
He Said "Refund is not an option" .
He gave me 3rd time the Serial code. All 3 times the code didn’t worked till now . It been more then 10 days I bought the course. I couldn’t use the course because of the error, niether he is ready for refund.
I asked him so many time for His postal Office Address. He didn’t replied yet .
This guy don’t have Official address of his office. No Customer Support.
Till Now He never answered my calls, no replies to my emails, SMS, Late replies to Whatsapp Messages.
I don’t have any personal problem with Ali Lokhandwala
