The first time using Ali-Express they falsely advertised an item as being in stock an e bike battery I swiped my credit card and this was the worst experience I ever had with an online store they directed me to Alibaba, com and told me to put in a request to find a battery company that has a battery available and now I am in the process of trying to get a refund I don’t work for any company Im a regular guy now it’s like pulling teeth to get a refund on a very expensive item or to get the item AliExpress falsely advertised they had in stock. I would advise anybody to stay the hell away from Ali Express Alibaba.com same company if you dont want to get ripped off dont trust what you see on their websites because my experience the first time using them was very negative I filed a better business bearu complaint and im hoping to get a full refund anyone trying to save money take my advise stick with Amazon or Ebay you may pay more money but you will get what you pay for and what Amazon and Ebay say is in stock is in stock Amazon is much better than ebay but you might save money not all the time using Ebay Trust me stay the hell away from Ali Express or Alibaba, com if you dont want to lose your money I am so pissed I am going to copy and paste this review on every single online business review I can find on the internet and I hope my and other people’s reviews puts this company out of business or make them have more ethical business practises
