I got to know about this online shopping from my colleague.when I first saw the products and price range, I was happy to buy products from this and ordered a top. I received the top in a month.
Then I again ordered multiple products like peel off lip balms, travel kit and neck pieces all of around 50$.the status on the products were still waiting for delivery even after waiting for 2 months and the wait period on the app for these products were marked as completed.
When I contacted the seller, they told me that the amount will be repaid within a week. But then the amount was not refunded.Then when reached out to seller, the seller did not turn up.
These multi national online shopping apps cannot be guaranteed and trusted. The amount will be in dollars. Thats a great loss of money and time.
