So I am one of those super careful shoppers for I don’t buy off random websites. I read about them and I see if my friends are using them and only then will I bother to try out a place. I tried to buy jewelry which they were selling for as cheap as INR 30, which was a red flag in itself however, I did was to try it -
1) I checked reviews of the shop
2) I checked reviews of the products
I ended up choosing a shop with 98% positive reviews and bought 6 ish pieces of jewelry from the same shop thinking why bother buying from another since this already had such a good rating.
Anyway, I ordered late December, I was told I would get it by February, but I got no update till March. Finally when I did apply to get my refund which you have to do by opening a dispute, I was told I would be refunded. I was finally contacted by the shop people telling me to settle the dispute but giving no assurance about when it would get delivered. Now we are in June and I have yet not gotten my 400 bucks back. Pity, because if this did work out, I knew I would only buy from here but to be cheated like this and with no updates, it was a sad experience for me. Also the interface does not make it easy.
