Hello Friends, Today I am going to review Aligarh movie which came earlier this year. I watch this movie because I liked the concept as it was different from all mundane action adventure movies and contained a good lesson.
=Cast and Plot=
The cast was quite decent with Manoj Bajpayee doing some pretty decent work and sticking to its character of a gay professor. However, I did not like the acting of Rajkumar Rao as his character was kind of lame and boring. Movie was based on true events of Aligarh University in Uttar Pradesh where Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras(Manjo Bajpayee) is removed from his professor position after being caught in a homosexuality act. While it tried it best to deliver the message and show feeling of homosexuals, I felt it a kind of felt this movie as very slow.
It was not able to keep me glued to my screen and I did not like this movie.
