I took the services(including insurance) of All India Cargo Packers and Movers to shift all my stuff from Bangalore to Mumbai. It was the worst experience of my life till date. The company has highly unprofessional and unreliable people. They took the orders in its company name and then outsource the same to local unprofessional people who even dont know how to talk to customers.
Their people dont even bother to pick up the call once they come to know that there is damage of certain items and customer is asking for insurance claim.
Actually, they took additional money in the name of transit insurance from customer and give a pink color receipt wherein even the policy number is not mentioned. The fact is that no insurance policy is taken by the company. It just makes false claim that they buy insurance in its company name and in case of any damage, the company will compensate the loss.
They broke my study table and some other stuff but when I called them and told them about the damage, they stopped picking up the call.
Moreover, they handed over our bike after 10-12 days and that too when I contacted their so called head office, which is in Hydrabad & threatened them that I am going to lodge a police complaint against them for lien of my bike illegally.
They dont deserve a single star but it comes automatically when you press no button for recommending others.
AGAIN, I WOULD LIKE TO TELL OTHERS THAT NEVER EVER TAKE ALL INDIA CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS SERVICES.
I GIVE "ZERO" FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR STAFF COURTESY.
It’s better to pay little higher amount to some professional, experienced and reputed movers and packers company.
