According to hindu religion this city is the most pavitra place. as we know it is famous for politics and sahitya. many great leader born here and many more came here and got in toch with politics.
most numbers of IAS given by allahabad university, but sorry to say loosing it’s glory. politics is spoiling it’s name and fame. ppl used to call allahabad university as oxford of east. diff. kind of courses are available here but very less ppl know abt this , and bad thing ppl are not aware of other courses , but university also not doing anything to make other courses flashy.
this city is the mother of hindi sahitya samaj. so many great writer and poet belongs to this place. looks like the soil and air of this place is very sahityk too.
don’t have any great tourist attraction. but visiting this city in magh mela period is really fun. jan and feb is best time to visit this place. very cold in winter and very hot in summer.
