I have been using Alliance broadband since Feb 2020. Plan - 590 including GST.Installation of the broadband has been outsourced to LCO(Local cable operator), Subimal dasgupta a.k.a Bullu.
ISSUE- Faced lot of disruption in internet usage. Raised complain to alliance broadband and shared this concern with LCO as well. Instead of making the service better, LCO asked to upgrade connection to optical fibre by paying 1800. I was not interested in paying more, so switched to Jio Fibre.
Today 21/07/2021, Subimal Dasgupta trespassed my home premise and disconnected the LAN wire which I was using. On reprimanding him for his actions, he threatened me "I may cut the Jio fibre cable as well and you can’t do anything about it".
I want Alliance broadband to pay penalty or face legal action on allowing his worker to trespass my property and do damage to LAN wire.
