I am using this connection from 2010 and it creates an average impression on me. First of all I have charged almost Rs.500/- extra for installation, the show cause they have to buy more cables. Then the Speed of my package is 512 KBPS but the speed of normal download is very poor. But the torrent will give you a 1 Mbps speed approx.
Now coming to the customer support and for this I will say that it has the worst support staffs. Whenever there is some issue they blame on your computer or routers but ultimately will be solved from their end. It is pathetic to use this connection on monsoon, most of the day it will be disconnected. Atlast, I will not suggest any one for this connection.
